Prom 2021

Junior Students & Families,

To maximize the use of capacity that we have available for Prom on Friday, May 14, we are opening up ticket sales to all Junior students who have paid fees. As this year is like no other, we understand that students may not have formal wear for Friday evening; please "dress to impress" if attending. Full information and the link to purchase tickets is available at https://gchs.swcsd.us/prom-2021. Students will use their student ID number (without leading zeroes) as their access code. Tickets are first-come, first-served, up to the venue's capacity limit. Remember, purchasing a ticket is an agreement to follow all COVID-19 protocols and all SWCSD rules at the event.

Thanks,

Bryan O'Shea

Principal

GCHS Seniors & Senior Families,

To maximize the usage of available capacity at the Columbus Athenaeum, we ask that any senior who intends to purchase a ticket for Prom do so by 10am Tuesday (tomorrow). At that point, if ticket sales permit, we will allow Seniors to purchase a guest ticket for another GCHS student if they wish.

Seniors who purchase a Prom ticket may request a guest ticket code at https://forms.gle/8Kdr1CMaztNKEmqZ9. Non-GCHS student guests are not permitted. Seniors will receive an email with the code to purchase a second ticket Tuesday afternoon. All fees must be paid prior to purchasing a ticket.

We will evaluate ticket sales at 10am tomorrow to determine the availability of GCHS student guest tickets and/or the possibility of opening up ticket sales further. We will guarantee tickets for all Seniors through 10am tomorrow only; after that time, they will be first-come, first-served. If extenuating circumstances prevent you from purchasing a ticket by 10am tomorrow but you intend to purchase a ticket, please see Mrs. Straight in the main office.

Thank you,

Bryan O'Shea

Principal

GCHS Junior & Senior Families,

We have secured a venue and date to host a prom for GCHS this spring. Under capacity limits due to the COVID-19 pandemic, prom tickets will only be sold to seniors at GCHS. While this is different than what we have been able to host in the past, our capacity is limited. Information about prom is listed below. We look forward to hosting a fun, safe prom celebration at the Columbus Athenaeum this year to celebrate our seniors.

Thank you,

Bryan O'Shea

Principal
