This class is open to sophomores through seniors.

This is one credit and it is possible to earn the Customer Service Credential.

What is this course about?

  • Introduce students to the concepts of professional selling
  • Develop communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Use the school based T-shirt enterprise to practice these real life sales skills.
  • Analyze customers needs, create designs for clients, plan presentations, and maintain positive business relationships
  • Monitor trends and the business environment to determine the impact on their sales, customers, and competitors.
  • Negotiate and adjust prices based on cost, create invoices, and maintain sales records
  • Students will have the opportunity to earn the Customer Service Credential.
